The subscription treadmill
A builder plan, a premium template, and two or three add-ons runs about $74 a month. Over five years that's $4,440 spent on something that should cost you nothing.
A subscription builder rents you a template you can never take with you. We rebuild yours as pages you own outright — and move you off Squarespace, Wix, Webflow, GoDaddy or WordPress in about a week.
No platform fees. No contracts. No lock-in. Your domain, your content and your code, handed over in full on day one.

Builder templates ship megabytes of scripts you never asked for. On a phone connection that's a four-second wait — and roughly 41% of visitors give up before your homepage finishes loading.

Cancel a Squarespace or Wix plan and the site goes dark — neither offers a way to export a working site. Webflow will hand you HTML on a Workspace plan, but without your CMS content, store or interactions. Five years of payments, nothing that stands on its own.

Anything you want your website to do next.
For anything you want added to the site, after or alongside the rebuild
Larger sites, storefronts and multi-location businesses are quoted individually. If the numbers say a rebuild won't earn its money back, we'll tell you — and you'll have a free write-up of what to fix instead.
Send your web address. Within two business days we'll tell you whether your site is worth moving at all — some aren't — and if it is, you get the fixed price with it, plus the timeline and what you'd stop paying every month. The number you're quoted is the number you pay.
Your new site goes up on a private preview link inside a week — real content, real pages, working forms. You click through it on your own time and send notes by text or email; we fix them before anything touches your live address.
We move your domain over with every old link redirected, hand you the source code and the logins, and you cancel the old subscription that afternoon. From then on there's no monthly bill from us, and we're here whenever you want something added.
Add up everything you pay monthly to keep your current site online — the plan, the template, the add-ons, the plugins. Then pick how long you plan to be in business.
Compared against a one-time $1,900 rebuild and a hosting bill of $0 today. It doesn't count changes you ask for later — those are quoted per request, and only cost you anything when you actually want something done. Your quote produces the real number, and if it doesn't beat what you pay now, we'll say so.

Rebuild pays for itself in
26 mo
The rebuild has paid for itself by month 26. From there you're only paying for changes you actually ask for, plus your domain renewal — the same domain bill you have today.
Get your real number →Yes, and it's routine. Squarespace and Wix don't offer a way to export a working site, so we don't try — we rebuild from your live pages, archiving every piece of copy, every image and every form field first, so nothing is lost. Webflow can export code on a Workspace plan, but it leaves your CMS content, store and interactions behind, which makes it a starting point rather than a site; we use it where it helps and rebuild the rest. WordPress buried under paid plugins is the easiest of the lot. In every case your new site is live and tested before you cancel anything — the old subscription is the last thing to go, not the first.
Today, nothing. Your site is small and static, so it sits inside the free tier of a major hosting provider, and we set that account up in your name rather than ours. We're not going to promise you free hosting until the end of time, because that's a third party's pricing decision and not ours to make. Here's what we can promise: the account is yours, the files are yours, and a site this size runs for a few dollars a month on any host on earth. If a free tier ever changes, you move it or you pay about what a coffee costs — you're never stuck, and there's never a monthly fee to us.
No, and this is the part cheap migrations get wrong. Before anything moves we map every existing page address to its new home and put permanent redirects in place, so old links from directories, review sites, and other businesses still land correctly. Search engines treat that as a move rather than a disappearance. Sites usually rank better afterwards, because speed and mobile performance are ranking factors and a purpose-built site beats a template on both.
You own it outright. The source code goes into a repository in your name on day one, the domain stays registered to you, and the hosting account is yours. If you want to hand the whole thing to another developer next year, it's a normal website in normal files — any competent developer can pick it up. We'd rather earn the work than trap you into it.
Yes, and this is worth being clear about, because it's the one real trade-off. Text, prices, hours, photos and posts get wired up so you can change them yourself — we walk you through it at hand-off and leave you written instructions. Structural changes, new pages and anything with logic behind it are developer work, whether that's us or someone else; those are quoted per request, and small ones are genuinely small. So the honest version is: no monthly fee, but changes aren't free forever. You're paying for work when work happens, instead of paying rent in case it does.
Because it would make us the thing we're asking you to leave. A small business website shouldn't carry a subscription — it's a set of files that costs nothing to serve, and charging $99 a month to escape a $74 a month plan is just a different landlord. To be straight with you: this doesn't mean you'll never spend another dollar on your website. It means you stop paying for the privilege of it existing. If the site sits unchanged for two years, you pay nothing for two years. When you do want something changed, you either do it yourself or you pay for that specific piece of work.
Maybe you wouldn't. If your site loads fast, converts visitors, and the subscription is genuinely cheap, we'll tell you to leave it alone. The quote is free and we'd rather give you an honest no than sell you a rebuild you don't need. It's usually worth it when you're paying over $40 a month, when the site takes more than three seconds on a phone, or when there's a feature you've wanted for a year and the platform won't allow it.
Yes, because the hard part — deciding what the business does and how to say it — is already settled. Your content exists, your photos exist, your customers already know what you sell. Seven days is design, build, migration, and redirect mapping on a preview link you can click through. What it isn't is a brand-new brand identity or a fifty-page storefront; those get quoted separately with a realistic timeline.
Not every site is worth rebuilding, and we'll tell you straight if yours isn't. Send the address and what you're paying; within two business days you'll hear back by email — whether it's a fit, the fixed price if it is, how long it takes, and what you'd stop paying every month. No meeting to schedule, no sales sequence, nobody calling you in the middle of a job.
